Cross-post from WASH Let’s meet at Hard Times Cafe near King St Metro (B/Y) on alternate Tuesdays from 6-8PM for some good humanists/skeptics/atheists in the pub. It’s a great way to build community and meet others. (Hard Times: http://www.hardtimes.com/ (zip 22314), about 2 blocks down King St from the Metro on the right side of the street. It’s basically a bar with good food, including a specialty in chili (including vegan chili).) Beforehand some of us will be flyering at the King St Metro Station starting at 5PM. Come for both or either. This is a new meetup for the NVC chapter of WASH and we hope it’s successful. Details may adjust over time, but we wanted to set the schedule and then see how people respond, and get your feedback. Winter is on the way as well, so keep an eye out for last-minute weather adjustments.
