From Rt.15:

Exit Rte. 15 onto Patrick St.(Rte.144), going east. Patrick St. becomes a one-way street in the opposite direction, so follow traffic as it bears right onto South St. Stay on Rte. 144 until you reach the traffic light at Market St. (Rte.355 North). Turn left onto Market St. Cross All Saints St., cross the small bridge over Carroll Creek, and turn right down the alley to the Carroll Creek parking deck. The library is directly ahead of you, as you go down the alley to the parking deck.

From I-70

Exit I-70 onto Route 355 North (Market St.). Pass CostCo on the right, the Mt. Olivet Cemetery on the left, the Maryland School for the Deaf on the right. Pass South St. and All Saints St – both are traffic lights. Just after All Saints St., pass Capa Imports on the right and go over the small bridge over Carroll Creek. Turn right down the alley to the Carroll Creek parking deck. The library is directly ahead of you, as you go down the alley to the parking deck.

From East St.:

Turn onto Patrick St, going west toward downtown area. Get into the left lane when the street becomes one-way. About one half block past Carroll St, there is a traffic light in front of Little’s Antiques. Turn left at the light, into the alley. The library will be on your left at the end of the alley. The parking deck will be on your right.
